This is a condemnation case arising in the City of San Marcos. Appellant, and plaintiff below, is a governmental agency with the power of eminent domain 1 over real property and the question of the proper award in damages for property taken from appellees under this power is the sole question before this Court. The property sought was for the expansion of Southwest Texas State College.
