The plaintiff recovered a judgment in the third district court of Salt Lake County against the defendants for the sum of $1,718.43. The defendants prosecute this appeal.
At the time this controversy arose the plaintiff corporation was engaged in the business of mining coal in Carbon county, Utah. The coal thus mined was sold to various retail coal dealers. The defendants were engaged in the business of selling coal at retail in Salt Lake City, Utah.
