LATTIMORE, Judge.
—Appellant was convicted in the Criminal District Court of Tarrant County of the offense of robbery, and his punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of twenty years.
A motion was made for a continuance but appellant seems to have attached little importance to its refusal, as same is not brought forward by any bill of exceptions in the record.
