Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Scarano, Jr., J.), rendered May 29, 2002, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of sodomy in the second degree, sexual abuse in the first degree (three counts), attempted sodomy in the second degree and sexual abuse in the second degree.
