This is an action on the case for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, who brought this suit originally against the two first named appellants and afterwards, by agreement of the parties, amended his declaration to include all of the appellants, and thereupon filed an amended two-couht declaration. To the declaration in the case each of the defendants filed separate pleas of not guilty, upon which issues the cause proceeded to trial before the court and jury, the latter of whom rendered a verdict finding all of the defendants guilty, assessing plaintiff’s damages at the sum of $7,500.
