McLaughlin, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered September 7, 2004, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to consecutive terms of 15 years and SVa to 7 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
