This action was brought by Hattie Essex, administratrix of the estate of Almeda Ann Washington, deceased, against Laura Alice Washington individually and as administratrix of the estate of J. L. Washington, deceased, seeking to partition the property, real and personal, belonging to the estate of J. L. Washington, and to limit and define the homestead rights of Laura Alice Washington as the surviving wife of J. L. Washington.
