— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Held, J.), dated November 30, 1989, which (a) granted Richard Scheer’s mo*104tion to intervene in this action and to vacate the judgment entered November 15, 1988, and (b) vacated two orders of the same court (Cohen, J.), dated October 15, 1987, and October 28, 1987, respectively, and (2) from an order of the same court, dated February 7, 1990, which denied the plaintiffs’ motion, inter alia, for renewal.
