In a proceeding to stay arbitration which had been demanded by appellants, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 9, 1972, which granted the application. Order reversed, on the law, with $20 costs and disbursements, and application denied. "While an automobile liability insurance policy issued by petitioner and covering appellants was in effect, an accident involving appellant Thomas A.
