DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} Stephen W. Ross ("Appellant") appeals1 from an order of protection issued by the Ross County Court of Common Pleas which directed the Appellant not to abuse his minor child, Appellee Morgan Ross, to stay 100 yards away from the child, and to refrain from initiating any contact with the child for a period of five years. In connection with this order, the trial court also found that it would not be in the child's best interest for Appellant to continue to have parenting time with the child.
