I respectfully dissent, because the conduct of the trial judge was arbitrary and capricious, evidencing a prejudice against the defendant.
On November 16, 2000, Rodney Lawrence, defendant, was sued in the State Court of Gwinnett County by Direct Mortgage Lenders Corporation for breach of contract to purchase and conversion of a 1999 camper trailer.
