VILLANTI, Judge.

The State appeals the trial court’s order granting defendant David Platt’s renewed motion for judgment of acquittal as to the charge of possession of burglary tools notwithstanding the jury’s finding of guilt. Because the jury could have lawfully reached the conclusion that Platt was guilty of possession of burglary tools even though he was not guilty of burglary, we reverse.
