Keith Allen Shepherd challenges the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. The trial court denied the motion, finding that it was untimely filed. We affirm without comment the denial of grounds one, two, and three on that basis.
