Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County entered on April 19, 1971, after jury trial, herein appealed from, affirmed, and that the respondents recover of the appellant $50 costs and disbursements of this appeal. Plaintiffs, passengers in a ear operated by Henrietta Bogorad, sue to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when the cars driven by defendant and Henrietta Bogorad collided.
