The Court has considered the motion filed by R.O. Hahn, Inc., for relief pursuant to CR 65.07 from the denial of a temporary injunction by the Jefferson Circuit Court. The Court has considered the response filed by MDG Diagnostics, Inc., and Louis Kastan, and heard the oral presentation of counsel.
