Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Richard Andrias, J., at suppression hearing, jury trial and sentence), rendered March 29, 1989, convicting defendant of grand larceny in the fourth degree and sentencing him, as a predicate felon, to 2 to 4 years’ imprisonment, unanimously affirmed.
