WENNER, Judge.
We shall dismiss as untimely this appeal in which Kathleen Estep, appellant, asks us to reverse a judgment of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.
Appellant filed a complaint against Georgetown Leather Design, Inc. seeking damages for injuries she received when she fell down a flight of stairs in Georgetown’s retail store. After Georgetown filed a third-party claim against Harlan Hadley,1 appellant amended her complaint to include Hadley as a defendant.
