FINLEY, Chief Justice.
This suit was instituted in the County Court of Grayson County, Texas, by B. F. Moore, the appellee, against the Pennsylvania Fire Insurance Company, the appellant, to recover the contents of a certain insurance policy insuring the appellee against loss or damage by fire on certain grain in a sum not exceeding $500.
On a trial before the court, without a jury, judgment was rendered oh March 23, 1899, for the sum of $500, with interest from February 15, 1899, at the rate of 6 per cent per annum, which was the full amount of the policy sued on. The insurance company has…
