Lagrone, for a balance exceeding $10,800, and for interest, attorneys' fees and costs; and the Bank of Winnfield had a judgment against him for $3,333 and interest, attorneys' fees, and costs. The judgments were rendered by the district court for Grant parish, where Lagrone had his domicile.
