I. INTRODUCTION

On May 29, 2003, Defendant Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company (“Mutual of Omaha”) informed Plaintiffs Randall Glan-der (“Randall”), his wife, Anne Glander (“Anne”), and their minor daughter, Rebecca Glander (“Rebecca”), that it would not renew their medical insurance policy (“the Policy”) after its expiration on November 1, 2004.
