MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MORAN, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiffs filed class action claims against defendant in state court. Defendant later removed the case to this district court, invoking jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 1452(a), claiming relatedness to the bankruptcy proceeding of a manufacturer of nutritional supplements. Defendant then moved to transfer to the Southern District of New York, and plaintiffs moved to remand back to state court.
