OPINION

WHITE, Judge.

The appellant, Arthur J. AMns, was driving an automobile in which his wife was killed when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. He was indicted on charges of vehicular homicide, driving under the influence of an intoxicant, and driving on a revoked driver’s license. Akins, an elderly man in poor health, entered several guilty pleas including a best interest plea on the vehicular homicide.
