Merrell, J.:
The action is brought by the plaintiff, Rose G. Berlinsky, against the defendant, Garfield A. Berlinsky, to obtain a decree annulling the marriage of the parties by reason of alleged misrepresentation and fraud perpetrated by the defendant upon the plaintiff as the result of which the plaintiff was induced to marry the defendant. The parties were married at the city of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland, in June, 1915.
