INTRODUCTION
Pursuant to Chapter 790, 1973 Statutes of Nevada, the County of Clark of the State of Nevada (County) was assigned the responsibility for the development and implementation of a pollution abatement plan for the Las Vegas Wash and the Las Vegas Bay arm of Lake Mead.
