{¶ 1} This matter came before the court for bench trial on January 29, 2007. Both parties presented evidence and testimony and later submitted their closing arguments in written form. Plaintiff, Spectrum Networks, Inc. (“Spectrum”), filed its closing argument with the court on February 12, 2007.
