Pope is the administrator of the estate of Mattie Alice Pope Eargason; that at the time of her death Mrs. Eargason owned certain property now in the possession of Pope as administrator; that the petitioners’ father married Mattie Alice Pope when the petitioners were nine and eleven years of age respectively; “that at the time of the marriage it was orally agreed between D.
