Appeal from Second Judicial District Court, Parish of Webster; Robert Cleveland Drew, Judge. Action by J. B. Starnes and wife, in behalf of their minor son, against the Pine Wopds Lumber Company. Prom a judgment for plaintiffs, defendant appeals.

This suit is for damages in behalf of the minor son of the plaintiffs for injuries sustained by him while working for the defendant company at its planing mill. The young man was about 18 years of age and full grown. He was assigned to keeping the floor of the mill free from shavings and debris that fell from the planer machines. While he was at this work, near one of the machines, a belt, which moved horizontally about three feet above the floor, broke and struck him, and inflicted the injuries complained of.
