GRIM, District Judge.
Harry H. Parr, Jr., died intestate on February 26, 1949, as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident the day before. From November 1, 1945, and up to the time of his death, the decedent had lived with his mother in Philadelphia and contributed toward her support. At the time of his death, Parr had two minor children, born on June 15, 1939, and May 23, 1938, respectively. The decedent’s wife divorced him on December 31, 1945.
