The appellant was tried in the court below on an indictment charging him with involuntary manslaughter. The jury returned a verdict of guilty. The judgment of the court was duly pronounced and this appeal followed.
On a night in November, 1919, the defendant was driving an automobile northward on Market street in the City of Williamsport. His car collided with a bicycle ridden by a man named Young, who was moving south-wardly on the same street.
