In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lebowitz, J.), dated October 1, 2007, as denied that branch of *912his motion which was to vacate the child support provision of a so-ordered stipulation dated April 2, 2007 on the ground that it did not comply with Domestic Relations Law § 240 (1-b) (h), and granted that branch of the defendant’s motion which was for an award of an attorney’s fee in the amount of $3,000.
