This is a suit for $1,000 Instituted by appellee, the surviving widow of William K. Harmon, deceased, against appellant, said claim being based on a certificate of insurance issued to said William K. Harmon, appellee being named as the beneficiary therein. The cause was submitted to a jury on special issues, and on the responses thereto judgment was rendered in favor of appellee for $1,000 with interest at 6 per cent, per annum from date of the judgment.
