Reversing.

The Perkins-ITarlan Coal Company carried group insurance on the lives of its employees. William Brown had been its employee long enough to be entitled to insurance, and there had been issued and delivered to him a certificate to the effect that he was insured to the amount of $500' subject to the terms and conditions of the group policy held by the coal company.
