Presently pending before the Court is the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate and Tyrone Jenkins’ objections to the Report and Recommendation. Jenkins, acting pro se, filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus challenging the constitutionality of his state court convictions pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On July 24,1997, this Court issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order reserving consideration on one issue and affirming in all other respects the Report and Recommendation to .deny Jenkins’ petition on all grounds.
