Willie Reed (claimant) appeals an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed the referees decision finding him ineligible for unemployment compensation on account of willful misconduct pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), 1 and assessing a non-fault overpayment under Section 804(b)(1) of the Law, 43 P.S. §874(b)(l).
