WILLIAM RAY PRICE, JR., Judge. INTRODUCTION
This is an appeal from an order and judgment that vacated a previous order of expungement entered almost fourteen months earlier. The judgment of the trial court is reversed. The Court holds that the Respondent William Brown is es-topped from challenging the propriety of the original order granting expungement.
