APPEL, J.,
The interrelationship between two unmarried sisters, Gertrude S. Eby and Britannia Eby, has produced four varied issues for disposition by the court. Following the framing of the issues, there have resulted two days of testimony productive of473 pages of record with 14 witnesses and 21 exhibits. Briefs by opposing counsel extending through 33 and 20 pages have *373been filed. Having exhaustively pursued the various materials which we are required to consider, we undertake to explain the conclusions we have reached.
