HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Jennifer Meisner appeals from the district court’s 1 denial of her motion for judgment as a matter of law (JMOL) in this federal income tax refund suit, contending that there was insufficient evidence to support a jury verdict for the United States. She also takes issue with several of the jury instructions and with the verdict form. We affirm.
