Defendant, Stanmar, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “ Stanmar ”), moves for an order dismissing the complaint herein on the ground that the court has no personal jurisdiction of this defendant (CPLR 3211, subd. [a], par. 8).

In his complaint, plaintiff, John F. Kelly, alleges two causes of action: one for breach of contract with damages in the sum of $3,000 and a second cause of action for damages in the amount of $2,000 for loss of rental income.
