Peter Robert Hanuszczak (Appellant) appeals an order of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas denying an appeal of a Department of Transportation (Department) order suspending Appellants operating privilege for one year pursuant to Section 1547(b) of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa. C. S. §1547(b). For the reasons set forth below, we vacate the trial courts order and remand for additional findings.
