— In a matrimonial action, plaintiff appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McCaffrey, J.), dated May 24, 1982, which denied his motion for summary judgment, and (2) from so much of a further order of the same court, dated July 12, 1982, as (a) upon reargument, adhered to its original determination and (b) denied plaintiff’s motion for a protective order striking defendant’s notice to take plaintiff’s deposition upon oral questions.
