MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION TO COMPEL PAYMENT OF GARNISHED FUNDS INTO COURT

On January 18, 1996, this Court conducted a hearing on the motion filed by the plaintiff, First Tennessee Bank National Association (“First Tennessee”) to compel payment of garnished funds into the Court or, in the alternative, to appoint a receiver 1 . At the hearing, First Tennessee announced that it would withdraw its alternative motion to appoint a receiver, and a separate Order is being entered.
