This case involves professional negligence claims arising out of legal representation provided by appellees Alan Balaran, and Debra Katz, David Marshall, Bernabei & Katz, PLLC (“B & K”), and Lynne Bernabei to appellant, Dwight W. Crawford, in connection with his employment as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of BET Services, Inc., and BET Holdings II, Inc.
