BURCH, Circuit Judge.
This appeal is from a judgment dismissing the action of plaintiff. There was no motion for new trial. No question of the sufficiency of .the evidence is presented. What may be reviewed on appeal from a judgment alone is fully stated in the case of Keyes v. B-askerville, 42 S. D. 381, 175. N. W. 874. All we need consider are the sufficiency of the pleadings, *91the response of the findings to the issues, and their sufficiency to support the judgment.
