In this foreclosure action for the premises located at 3801 Oceanview Avenue, Brooklyn, New York (block 6955, lot 29, County of Kings), plaintiff Howard A. Balsam (Balsam), a member of the New York State bar, seeks a judgment of foreclosure and sale against pro se defendants Patrick Fioriglio (Patrick) and Zenda Fioriglio (Zenda). The court conducted a bench trial on December 18, 2012 and reserved decision.
