THE ABOVE CAPTIONED MATTER came before the court on December 27, 1989, for hearing on the government’s motion for reconsideration of this court’s November 15, 1989, memorandum opinion and order granting the defendant’s May 10, 1989, motion to suppress evidence. The defendant, Alejandro Garcia Ibarra, is charged in a one count indictment with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute it in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(l)(B)(ii).
