This action is before the Court upon the appeal of the Appellant, Cara Hanna Koer-ner, from the March 10, 2003 order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, which denied her motion to alter or amend the judgment in favor of Appellees of the court entered on January 2, 2003.
