Ritz, Judge:

This is an application for a writ of prohibition against the Judge of the Circuit Court of Jefferson county, to prohibit him from trying an appeal taken by the Standard *289Lime & Stone Company, a corporation, from the action of the Board of Review and Eqaulization of.Jefferson county, assessing its property for purposes of taxation for the year 1921.

It appears that the Standard Lime & Stone Company is the owner of considerable real estate in Jefferson county upon which it carries on its operations. This real estate is assessed upon the land boobs of that county together with the…
