The appellants, Jay Dillon and Elizabeth Dillon, husband and wife, were plaintiffs in the court below in a suit against J. W. Walter, Inc., and Mid-State Investment Company, corporations, in which they sought a decree declaring a certain note and mortgage given by plaintiffs to J. W. Walter, Inc., to be usurious and to visit upon the alleged usurers the consequences provided in Section 687.04, Florida Statutes, F.S.A.
