William L. O’Connell, predecessor of Charles H. Albers, the present receiver, filed his complaint in the superior court to foreclose a trust deed made by Carl Westberg and Tilda Westberg, his wife, conveying real estate in Chicago known as the Spaulding avenue property, securing 159 bonds aggregating $60,000, upon which there remained due a balance of $53,000 and interest.
