In 2018, Monte Davis filed this negligence action naming multiple entities as defendants, including Land-Ron, Inc. and Intercontinental Hotels Group Resources, Inc. (“IHG”). Davis subsequently filed a motion seeking to substitute HH TRS FP Portfolio, LLC as a defendant in place of IHG.
